Medium as Medium

Medium as Medium records the process of the gradual understanding and convergence of two different perceptions on abstraction. Dialogue defines the movement from one painting to the next. Each painting is produced according to the previous one. The process is directed by both Leontios Toumpouris and his father Aristos Toumpouris, suggesting a twofold character of painting since it becomes the tool with which they examine their views on abstraction and their relationship.
